KEMET Announces Quarterly Dividend
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- KEMET Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“KEMET” or the “Company”), a leading global supplier of passive electronic components, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share of the Company’s common stock. Payment will be made on June 10, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 30, 2019.
